Acclaimed futuristic pop group Islands have just debuted a beautifully stark and dramatic new video for the track “This Is Not A Song” at Stereogum.com. The song, a deeply evocative work of re-imagined soul, is from Islands’ upcoming new album A Sleep & A Forgetting which comes out February 14th via Anti-Records.

A Sleep & A Forgetting is the much anticipated follow up to Islands’ critically lauded album Vapours. The record continues the band’s penchant for crafting adventuresome and state of the art pop music utilizing shimmering sonic textures and irresistible melodies.
