Glen Hansard to perform on BBC's "Later... With Jools Holland" on April 8th

Glen Hansard - frontman with Ireland's acclaimed band, The Frames - and the Czech singer and pianist Marketa Irglova will be appearing on BBC 2's "Later... With Jools Holland" show on Tuesday April 8th 2008 at 10.00pm.

Hansard and Irglova will be performing their signature duet "Falling Slowly" from the hit movie "Once", the song which was awarded with an Oscar for the Best Original Song earlier this month.

The song appeared originally on Hansard and Irglova's collaborative album "The Swell Season" and is also featured on The Frames' sixth studio album "The Cost." The single "Falling Slowly" will be released by Anti Records on the 14th of April.
