Song Earns Newfound Popularity With Ben Affleck Film
Acclaimed singer-songwriter Sean Rowe has released a dramatic new video for his song “To Leave Something Behind.” The track has recently found a renewed life and wider audience after being featured in the Ben Alleck film 'The Accountant.’ In the new video, a solitary Rowe performs “To Leave Something Behind” in an empty church as imagery from the film flickers across the walls.

Originally released as a 7 inch single in 2013, the evocative Dylanesque track delivers a powerful coda to the film’s emotional conclusion.
“I suppose the subject matter of the song is emotionally charged and represents a sentiment that other people can relate to,” Rowe says. “There's a desperation to the times that we're living in and I was trying to reflect that in the song through my own experience of raising a family and trying to navigate the right moves.”
