"From euphoric organs to dirty driving guitars in a heartbeat, their debut single somehow manages to both rave and rock. Mosh the dancefloor." (NME)

Hotly tipped Liverpool based 18 year olds, Screaming Lights, have been announced as special guests with Detroit Social Club for eight shows in March and April. At the end of last year the band toured with the Mystery Jets, they play their first European show in Paris on the 28th January. The full dates with Detroit Social Club are:

April Wed - 1st - Manchester - Deaf Institute Thu - 2nd - London - 100 Club Fri - 3rd - Stokec - Sugarmill

Screaming Lights released their debut double A Side single GMN / Glow, through ANTI, last week on limited edition 7" vinyl.  GMN was playlisted at XFM and featured in Zane Lowe's "Top 10 Hottest Records of the Week" and was played on Jo Whiley's Radio One show.

Formed just over a year ago, Screaming Lights quickly acquired a must-see live reputation in their native Liverpool following a string of dates showcasing their distinctive sound and the charismatic skills of their front man James Treadell.

Screaming Lights are: Alan Breen (bass), James Connor (drums), Max Goldberg (guitar) & James Treadell (vocals / guitar).
